Job Description

We currently have an opening for the position of Call Center Agent with one of our reputed client.

Salary Offered: 5000 – 5500 QAR
Rotational shifts & 6 Days Working in a week

• Candidates with Family Sponsorship / Change of Sponsorship (NOC) only.
• Sales on call experience.
• Strong Interpersonal skills, Personal drive, commitment and being a self-starter.
• Strong communication in both Arabic and English.
• Should have recent call center experience.

Banking / Financial Services / Broking

Helpdesk / Customer Service / Telecalling

Desired Candidate Profile

• Answer Inbound calls from customers professionally
• Make outbound sales calls
• Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding policies
• Providing customer with organizations service and product information
• Processing forms, orders and applications requested by the customers.
• Identifying, escalating priority issues and reporting to high level management
• Completing call note and call reports as necessary and updating them in CRM
